This notice describes the personal information the Aupods online store collects when you browse it, contact us, or place an order, and what we use it for. It applies to this website only.

• When you contact us: your name, email address, an order number if you choose to provide one, and the subject and content of your message. We use these to reply to you.
• When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. We use these to process, deliver and support that order, and to contact you about it if we need to.

Card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s own secure form. This store does not receive, see or store your card number. We receive only the result of the payment and the amount, which we keep as part of your order record.

• A cart session cookie, so the items you add stay in your cart between pages. It is required for the cart and checkout to work.
• Your saved products list is stored in your own browser and is not sent to us.
• This store does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and does not build an advertising profile of you.

Only the service providers needed to run the store and complete your order — our payment provider and our delivery and fulfilment systems — and only with the information each of them needs. We do not sell your personal information.
